Why Reduce
My Experience of Why to Reduce EMF
The reasons to reduce man-made EMFs go beyond strictly the physical and touch on all aspects of being - mind, heart, and spirit. Brain fog is reduced, productivity increases, and creativity is enhanced. Meditation and other spiritual practices are enhanced. Intuition greatly increases. Being in the magic of life is easier. Noticing synchronicity and signs is easier. When all of this comes together, then your heart is happy and joyful.
If you have been feeling "off" or not sure why you aren't interested in things or are wondering why your spiritual practice is not moving forward, assess your home to find ways to reduce EMF. During the two greatest, most magical times of my life I lived in very low EMF environments. First, during my "great awakening" into the magic of life (before WiFi was a thing) and second, after my sensitivity got to be too much and I had to reduce EMFs. Little did I know that this would be a portal to more fun and joy for me. This makes perfect sense because "the magic of life" is in nature and the natural. It is not in the artificial or synthetic, which man-made EMFs are.
"Authorities" & The Science
For those who would like more solid, scientific, evidence that EMFs can be harmful, either for themselves or for loved ones, below are a few solid resources about the risks of EMF exposure. I don't get mired in the science since my body is the laboratory, but others may benefit from information of this nature. Many of the worries about EMFs are focused on cancer, but there are many, many other issues at hand.
Most of the listed sources below were found when I was part of a national work group researching the effects of EMF on the public for the Center for Electro-smog Prevention (CEP). If you or someone you know have been adversely affected by WiFi and/or small cells in their work environment, contact the CEP.

The World Health Organization (WHO) & International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC)
From the WHO's press release (pdf), 2011: "The WHO/International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has classified radiofrequency electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic to humans (Group 2B), based on an increased risk for glioma, a malignant type of brain cancer, associated with wireless phone use."
Division of Environmental & Occupational Disease Control - California Department of Public Health (CDPH)
In their publication CDPH Issues Guidelines on How to Reduce Exposure to Radio Frequency Energy from Cell Phones, the CDPH includes studies on the health risks and additional helpful resources.
American Academy of Pediatrics
In their online publication, Cell Phone Radiation & Children’s Health: What Parents Need to Know, AAP outlines many helpful tips and mentions a 2016 study by the National Institute of Health (NIH) that found exposure to radio frequency caused cancer in rats.

A few years previously, the AAP recommended that the FCC reassess and adopt new radiation standards that protect children's health since the current standards (which are still in place now) had not been assessed since 1996. This letter (pdf) is archived on the FCC's website.
International Association of Firefighters (IAFF)
Online publication: Cell Tower Radiation Health Effects
“IAFF oppose the use of fire stations as base stations for towers and/or antennas for the conduction of cell phone transmissions until a study with the highest scientific merit and integrity on health effects of exposure to low-intensity RF/MW radiation is conducted and it is proven that such sitings are not hazardous to the health of our members..”
U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO)
GAO’s 2012 report, Report to Congressional Requesters - Exposure and Testing Requirements for Mobile Phones Should Be Reassessed, concluded by recommending the Chairman of the FCC reassess current RF exposure limits and to include effects on human health, particularly when mobile phones are held against the body. Their report was provided to the Department of Commerce, Department of Defense, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Labor, EPA and the FCC.
Naval Medical Research Institute, Bethesda, MD
American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM)
AAEM Recommendations Regarding Electromagnetic and Radiofrequency Exposure (pdf) "The AAEM recommends that physicians consider patients’ total electromagnetic exposure in their diagnosis and treatment, as well as recognition that electromagnetic and radiofrequency field exposure may be an underlying cause of a patient’s disease process."
Apple
Even Apple warns their phone users to keep the cell phone away from your body. Check on your phone under Settings -> Legal -> RF Exposure (Radiofrequency):
"To reduce exposure to RF energy, use a hands-free option, such as the built-in speakerphone, the supplied headphones, or other similar accessories. Cases with metal parts may change the RF performance of the device, including its compliance with RF exposure guidelines, in a manner that has not been tested or certified."
