Energy Medicine: Grounding
Grounding is one of the keys to maintaining health. Think of astronauts and how just a few days not being grounded to the Earth causes their bodies to begin to deteriorate . That is an extreme example since most of us have our feet on the ground, but does it mean we are completely grounded? No. Therefore it is really helpful to learn how to ground and stay grounded so that your body can maximize the healing frequencies the Earth has to offer. In the video below, one of my favorite energy medicine practitioners, Dr. Melanie Smith, demonstrates a few ways to ground yourself in just a few minutes.
