EMF Sensitivity Red Flag Warnings
The Symptoms of EMF Sensitivity aka Electro-Hypersensitivity (EHS)
Hindsight is always 20/20. If only foresight was 20/20 as well! In this post, I'm going to outline three red flags I had before the tower event described in my previous post, the specific symptoms I had, as well as the generally recognized symptoms people can feel when EMFs are beginning to take a toll. I hope that if someone reads this page who needs it, that they can take precautions much earlier than I did. As mentioned before, the effects of man-made EMF are cumulative in nature which is why taking precautions can help you avoid the tipping point I experienced. Red Flag #1: Being able to feel an electric field from an overhead light. Many moons ago in 2014, I had my first electro-sensitive experience, but at the time I didn't know it. When walking under the kitchen light, I would feel that "blinding light" feeling you can feel in your eyes, only I could feel it in my crown chakra. Because I did quite of bit of meditation and other practices, I just figured it was that. It didn't happen very often and I forgot about it. Initially I didn't remember this incident until I read my journal sometime after the tower event. Oh my! I was surprised to connect that this was a sign of electro-sensitivity. Back in 2014 I was living a few blocks from the fake palm tree cell tower and had wi-fi in my home for about 4 years or so. It was the first home where we had wi-fi. I believe there is a connection between wi-fi and feeling electric fields. I couldn't feel the wi-fi at that time as far as I know. I had never been able to feel an electric field until I had wi-fi and lived near the tower. Red Flag #2: Insomnia A couple years after the kitchen light event, I began to have trouble sleeping. I was still living in the house near the fake palm tree and still running wi-fi. I had heard somewhere to turn off wi-fi at night if you're having trouble sleeping. (In those days wi-fi was not connected to your security system so it was an easy decision to make.) Turning off the wi-fi at night worked! I was getting better sleep, but I would also intuitively go sleep in another room further away from the fake palm tree. As I would learn later, distance is your friend when it comes to protecting yourself from man-made EMFs. The further, the better! Red Flag #3: Feeling "bothered" when working on my HP laptop I had already moved away from the house near the fake palm tree. I was renting a place that had more open space around and fewer neighbors so close by and it was also further away from the local cell tower. (Less EMF to deal with in general.) I was still working on getting good sleep consistently though. I shared one wall with a neighbor and my bedroom was right by that wall. I wasn't sure what could be on the other side of it, but all in all my sleep had been better. However, I would get this funny feeling while working on my HP laptop. I wouldn't be working on it for very long and suddenly I just didn't want to work on it any longer. I felt a bit bothered being around it, not physically necessarily, just more like not in a good mood any longer. I would later learn that newer computers have faster processors. It was also wi-fi enabled with a touch screen. Touching the laptop's keys is direct contact with the computer, unlike working on a desktop computer with a keyboard accessory which in many cases is preferable. At this point in my life, I had moderate symptoms. Next, came the tower and the Tower card! Below is a list of symptoms I experienced after working next to the small cell tower for 1 1/2 years. My symptoms were moderate almost up until that last day working from my office. They started to accelerate and then boom. The shakes - shakiness, shakey hands, etc. Blood sugar issues (feeling low blood sugar, couldn't feel full) Stomach issues Odd headaches - I call these EMF headaches because they are different from regular headaches. It is a specific pain in the head. Lots of tingling, especially on head and feet Blurry eyes A tooth that hurt (which subsequently went away after I was away from the tower) Thumb nail with deep ridges (this also went away after being away from the tower) Heat on my back Static electricity - the zaps were fierce Overwhelmed feeling Not feeling like myself - my shine was gone! My creativity was gone Lack of motivation Lack of energy to get everything done Feeling "sped up" at times Felt like I was swimming upstream Joy eluded me - EMFs are not the frequency of joy, but much lower Flat-lining (aka being a zombie) - Not feeling bad, but not feeling awesome; just an odd neutral feeling Finally, here is a list of well known symptoms people feel who are sensitive to EMFs¹: Sleep disruption Headaches Digestive issues Brain fog Fatigue Depression Nausea Dizziness Ears ringing Poor concentration If you feel that EMFs are a cause or part of the cause of your symptoms, try what many have done and visit a less dense environment and see how you feel. Listen to your body, it's giving you the signals. In the next post we'll get a bit woo, yay! Physical symptoms are not really the first signs of exposure. Your energy body (aura or biofield) takes a toll first. We just don't know it unless we get an aura reading. See you then. In the meantime, shine on! ¹Myers, Wendy.
